Exclamation Slight grind noise when letting out the chutch in first just curious

yeah slight grinding noise in first and this is my first 2000 gt 4.6 used to have a 90 lx but that got stolen but anyways, just want to know about it and also lowering spring i got 18x9.5 in the rear and 18x8.5 in the front and want to lower it im debating between eibach sportline or the pro kits what do you think. thanx
