3.8 to 5.0....

I would like to know what all has to be done to get a 302 out of a 91 to fit in a 97 that has a V6??? Will the motor mounts have to be relocated? I have A doner 91 so I have everything that needs to be swapped I just dont know what needs to be swapped.
