Nitrous Install
I'm getting the nitrous installed tomorrow. How much boost do you think I can run safely on the stock fuel pump. My friend runs 100 hp of boost on a stock 91 5.0. Do the 4.6's have a better stock fuel pump than the older cars? If so do you think I can run 150hp of boost on the stock pump? If I have to get a bigger fuel pump, can I just get a Holley Blue in line or do I have to get a damn in-tank pump?? Also do I have to get colder plugs??

Hmmm,
This one's a little out of my league... But I've never seen anyone use more than a 100 shot with the stocker fuel pump.... But then again, what do I know... ------------------ 98 GT Dyno-Max cat-back exhaust, 3.73 gears, Steeda shifter, Ford Motorsport Underdrive pullies, 87mm MAF and Roush cold air kit... |
