Default RPM range

just bought a 00 GT. What is the best RPM to shift at on one of these motors? Trying to decide on what gear to go with.

Default

5700-5800 rpm

As for the gears, I would suggest 3.73's for a 5-speed(3.55's if you do a lot of high-way driving). Or 4.11's for a auto(3.73's if you do a lot of high-way driving.
