Default Help with 99 GT Conv

80,000 miles of trouble free driving - and I finally got my first glitch.
Anyone know what a loud high-pitched whirring (sounds like a plane taking off) could be? Makes noise only while the car is moving, and has no affect on performance. Wheel bearings??
