Default boost question

I am looking to get a new motor for my soon to be GT that will support up to 575 HP (from the engine) if I do say long tube headers, cat-xpipe, cat back, shaker intake, pulleys, MAF, TB, cams, and a good ole K&N...... how many PSI would I need to run to get to 575 or so. also which is the best way, SC, or TC and why? if you are running the same boost then wouldnt the SC be better for always on power? (also getting a t-56 and aluminum flywheel + new suspension, but that is not a power adder so I left em off)
