Re: gears
hey man, how you been? we talked before. i got the 3.73's too, love them...but would 4.10's really be that much of a difference? would they be worth the $300-500 again? i say NO. if i had it all over again, i would go w/ 3.90's, which are rare, but a nice compomise i hear. w. the 4.10's gas mileage might start to be an issue, which will suck thanks to the rising gas prices. 4.10's to me aren't at home on a daily driver...more like a weekender/ drag car type deal. spend your $ on something else. let us know what you decide.

Re: gears
Depends what the car is. Is it a daily driver or a drag car. Do you drive it on long trips. The 3.90 has become a very popular gear and I would highly recommend it. But if it is not driven muchor mostly a drag car then go 4.10s or 4.56s.

Re: gears
thanks guys. its my daily driver. i am a ford senior master tech and i have the 410's in my garage and pinion bearings. just ran it last nite at the local track and ran 13.5 at 104mph with a .194 reaction time and a 2.0 60ft on street tires. with the cams and head work i should be better. but hay its the first run this year.
