Thumbs down Port Plastic

Don't do it man.
You can't port the "plastic" intakes on ANY mustang with out running into problems.
That's just the info I get from the Ford dealer here in Virginia Beach.
He said the intakes can't be ported because lack of material.
I/E. If you port you break. "In Plastic".
I hope this is helps you out man.
You can order the 2000 intake with the first intake runner aluminum and stronger than the 96-98 through Ford but you have to have the heads for the complete kit.
Good luck.

Default

I don't ever get to that neck of the woods but if I get a chance to shot that way I'll look ya up so we can run a few.
When I got the car it had the 97 motor in it so I swapped it out about three months ago or so.
It runs so much stronger than before I love it.
Take it easy man.

Heck, even without porting them the are still too weak and will blow on a bone stock engine.
