According to Murphy's Laws, about 5HP less than what you already have...

Maybe this will help, don't know if it's the same tranny or not, but it will give you some ideas..

so according to those charts i should buy a tko 3550 for my stang when i super charge it

Depending on how much power you'll be putting out, maybe a T-56 6 speed....
