Sounds like you need help.
A 1999 Ram-Air T/A will run about 13.8-14.1 in the 1/4 stock with an average driver. I would guess that you are in the mid 14s. His mods will only make it look worse. Good Luck anyway. Have fun and make sure you race when the only people being put in danger are you and the other driver. ------------------ 1998 Triple blk Cobra Convertible 4.10 gears, ASP pullies, Bassanni X-pipe, Steeda subframe , Tri-Ax shifter, UPR Powerpipe, 80mm Pro-M Best ET 13.59 @ 103.2mph (2.1 60') |

Bottom line: Your screwed, unless you can get your hands on a NOS kit. I hate those damn cars, they used to kill me before the gear and NOS. Now I like to leave the NOS off until I get into 3rd and they start to creep back up on me and than WHAMO! there tail drops between their legs and they run off yelping.

A 100 shot of nitrous, a good launch, and one heck of a prayer is the best advice I can give you.

I guess I'll chime it too. Anyway you cut it the LS1 cars are bad *** . How bad *** , I don't know. I have everything from low 13s to low 14s on the track. So it depends on what car, what driver, where the moons are, or whatever, but to make the power you need a 100 hp of something, blower, serious mods, N20, whatever. Drivers always count, but realisticly you need some power.
