Angry headers on 32v

Can anyone tell me what the big reason is for nobody wanting to install aftermarket headers on my 97 Cobra? Must be one heck of a job.

Short version: Its a pain, lots of blind reaches, long time. They've never done it before.

It takes about 8-10 hours.

Do you have a regular guy that does work?

Always is nice to have a personal relationship with your mechanic. Besides it take a long time there is nothing overly complicated with the header install. Its just that not that many regular speed shops have done it.

By the way, what are you planning on doing with your car? There are lots of other bolt ons that you can do first and come back to headers later.

Darn typos

I'd love to know those other bolt ons besides all the "normal" ones. I say normal because they are the same ones everyone goes for. Any inputs would be nice. As far as a regular mechanic, I don't have one. I do all my own stuff or work with someone who can guide me. (It sure is convenient working with an ex welder, paint man, and body mechanic!)
