cobra heads on 96

Hey guys I was just thinking. How difficult is it to put 96-98 cobra heads on a 96 - 98 gt. I realize that I would have to get a whole cobra intake and cams. But what else is there and how difficult would this be. Any other suggestions would be helpful.

I read an article and 03 cobra heads with an 99-01 intake will work on my car I don't know how true this is but I just wanted to see if it would work.
