No Cats legality
I live in Florida, where there are no emission tests. I want to get an exhaust system with no cats but I have nowhere to install it myself, so I would have to have a shop do it. My question is, is a shop legally required not to install exhausts w/o cats, and if someone tries to have them install one are they supposed to report it?
Also what legal action can be taken against someone who has no cats. Thanks. |

I don't have an answer for the first part of your question, but as far as the legal actions that can be taken against someone with cats, they can only give you a pollution ticket, I think.
