Computer Chip
Hey, I thought I heard the dealer say when he gave me my 98' Mustang, that at a certain speed the computer chip stops it there and you can go any faster? Is that correct and if it is, what speed is that at?

If your car came with the 17 inch wheels and Z-rated tires then their is no speed limiter. If you don't have the Z-rated tires, then there is a speed limiter set to whatever the max speed rating of the tires is.
