new car
Just bought a 98 cobra coupe yesterday. I really enjoy it already. I owned a 89 gt for a long time and the difference is staggering. Was reading alot about how easy it is to bend shift forks on the t-45. Was wondering if a pro 5.0 is the way to go. This car is bone stock right down to the air filter.

You can't go wrong with a Pro 5.0 or Steeda Tri-Ax. A good first mod to make the most of what you've already got. While you're in a modding mood, start looking for some gears..

I gotta agree with the Tri-Ax form STEEDA. Got it in my car and its the 'most fun' mod besides being blown.

Yep, Steeda tri-ax. i like it because it positions the shifter as close to the stock setting as possible but it of course isn't stock. Get some Amsoil ATF in the tranny and you should be problem free.
