![]() I just changed my OE wires out for some Motorsport 9mm's. Noticed shaking it down that there was more power and better response.
I'm pretty sure that it was all due to the fact that the wires that came off had Motorcraft 1997 stamped on them, and not the change from 8 to 9. Just wish I had done that BEFORE going to the track last weekend.

![]() You may not have found any extra horsepower, but you might be seeing better throttle response.... which just might be a small difference in ET.
Ford Motorsport 9mm are good wires. I use 'em on the yellow meanie.... ![]()

![]() I have found a surefire way to get as much horsepower as I want... I lighten my wallet by taking all of that paper and plastic stuff out and trading it in on performance parts. That works for me. The only problem is that my esophagal intake has been running a little lean.

![]() I figure any increase in HP there actually was at the crank was due to the weak firing caused by the old wires. Now I gladly let all 215 mighty ponies run, which I am going to do right now on my way home.
![]() I got blue ones too, they look cool.
