Default Please Help!!!

i was driving today in my mustang....It was raining outside, so the road was wet, and when my car shifted to second gear....my gas pedal was sucked to the floor, causing me to spin out, jump a curb and wreck my car.....DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHY THE GAS PEDAL WOULD BE SUCKED DOWN WITH OUT MY FOOT ON IT? I am wanting to try to fight this problem with the dealership. I appreciate all responses....Thank You

What year is the car?
Is it a GT?
Auto or 5spd?

We'll try to help, but we're not psychic and those details are important.
