Knocking When My 00 Gt is Cold? Help

SOmetimes when i get up to go to school in the morning, i first crank my car and back out and it wants to knock. It almost cuts off and sometimes acts like it is gonna back fire. Do i need new spark plugs, or does it have anything to do with my exhaust? Help.

Oh and i painted some of my interior pieces. I have a silver car, 20% tint and painted some of my door james dark black with glossy clear caot, looks great.

my does that two sometimes when it sits for awhile. 00gt aswell dont have an answer either. if anyone does please post it!?
