Unhappy shifter problem

'01 Bullitt GT:
Going into third, the feeling is very rough, almost on the verge of grinding. Dealer had a service bulletin, instructing to change the the trans. oil. This was done, but it did not help.
Any ideas?

If there were gold flakes in the tranny fluid when they changed it then your synchro is probably going out.
