Default need clutch pedal help

after a couple hard shifts (high rpm), the pedal throw becomes shorter, i'm under the impression the clutch is self-adjusting so is this normal ?
short enough to make me wonder if i'm going to be able to shift gears if i keep driving like that.

after a little while it returns to normal.

also, i have a king cobra clutch if that matters.
