Post Downsides to underdrive pullies

What type of problems or concerns should I have if I install a set of underdrive pullies? Are they difficult to install? Thanks for the info.

There aren't too many draw backs to pulleys. If you have some crazy stereo or something, there can be some charging problems. Richmond isn't that hot, so you don't have to worry about cooling problems. They aren't very difficult to install either.

So pretty good choice for a next modification.

There is a possible problem with the pulleys. The bolt that holds the crank pulley can come loose over time and cause major engine damage. This has been seen on more than a few Cobras or 4.6 GTs believe me. I got half my parts from a destroyed Cobra engine from this happening! The bolt even came loose on mine after one year of being perfectly tight. If you guys have these, periodically check this bolt.
