Cool pulleys

I am thinking about getting underdrive pulleys. Being new at this i have a few questions if someone can help out. Can i use the same belt and will it effect things like cooling, alternator, ect. Thanks

Yes you can use the same belt, and no you shouldn't have any problems. Some people have had charging problems, but they are few and far between.

BTW, Steeda pullies only.

ASP makes a great kit that eliminates all of the belt confusion. They claim 15 HP in most applications. Good luck!!

ASP makes the pullies for Steeda, and then Steeda stamps their name on them.

i dunno why he said steeda only....ive got the billet bbk ones and they work perfectly...the only diff is that they piggyback the stock crank pulley....

but youve got an 03GT, so youll have no charging problems at all...ive got two subs hooked up with my u/d pullies and i dont even get dimming lights...

one thing you might experience ontop of the 5 extra horses is increased gas mileage...i did...dunno how, but i did

Steeda pullies are the best pullies on the market. For the same price you can either have a pulley that piggybacks the stock crank, or you can have a whole new crank pulley. Plus there numerous people on Corral.net that have had experience with both types (piggyback and non) and have stated that there are better gains with the non-piggyback type.
