Mods for the Bullitt
Looking to maybe add some mods to my Bullitt. I don't really wanna go expensive right now, looking to spend maybe about $1000 at this time. What way should I go to get the most horsepower? Thanks for your replies.

Just out of curiosity, where can you find what number your Bullitt is?

You could get exhaust, pulleys, H pipe, gears.

I think the bullit allready comes with underdrive pullies, so I wouldnt start there. Also, I think the catback is allready better than on a gt, so this is what I would start with.
1. offroad H or X. I have the Mac offroad H, it's cheap ($109), but if I had to do it again i would without question go with a Dr. Gas offroad X, It is a little pricey ($295), but well worth it in my opinion. The Dr Gas has to be welded to fit, and I know a place in Fort Worth that will do it pretty cheap, most places wont touch it because it dosent have cat's. 2. C&L 80mm Max Flow kit ($245). I picked up 9rwhp/10rwtq with this alone ( only got 11rwhp/15rwtq from the H and pullies combined). 3. Gears, 3.73's or 4.10's. My pick would be 4.10's. 4. Drag radials my .02 ------------------ 00GT 255RWHP 302RWTQ Mac offroad H, C&L 80mm MAF, March pullies 8.9 @ 78mph 2.1 60' stock tires/Hot Texas weather |

The Bullitts do not come with underdrive pullies so add that to your list.
