Default TPS Question

on my 98 gt does the throtle tps adjustent work or is this only for the 5.0 engine for those that don`t know what i`m talking about it is when you adjust the tps switch with a ohm meter to a value of i think .95 which in turn tricks the eec to think your at wot sooner i have done this on my brothers 90 5.0 and it worked great for throttle responce will it work on my 98 4.6

Unhappy no will not work ~~!!

sorry man won't work !!!! i have heard of the samething for the 5.0 but it just can't be done. The tps has a set bar that can not be adjusted,,,

I am more than sure I am right on this ( due to my friend that is a ford tech tell me it can't be done ) but if it can let me know !!!
