steeda Hi-Flo Catlytic Converter X-Pipe
this may be a stupid question, but does the Steeda Hi-Flo Catlytic Converter X-Pipe replace the 6 cats that come stock? if so, it might be worth the price of entry to free up that constricted HP

I believe it does. It gets rid of the two right off the engine, keeps the middle ones, and gets rid of the last two. Where the last two used to be is where it crosses into the X design. Call them at 954-960-0774 and ask for Mike Morella. He's the GM over New Vehicle Serialization. He's the one person I always deal with from there. He can answer your questions about it and get it shipped to you quickly..
