Default rattle, rattle

My car has a nice idle when in park, bet when I shift into drive or reverse there is vibration. It gets worse when you turn on the A/C. What is it? I don't know a whole lot about cars, but could it be like a motor mount or something? Also when the car is in low rpm's when accelerating, the gas pedal has vibration, but not when in high acceleration(3000 and up). What's going on here?
