Default camshaft positioning tool

Hello I have a 96 GT and I want to swap on a set of PI heads. I need this camshaft positioning tool and can't find it anywere. All I found was a big set for all the new blocks for like $250. I'm not going to pay that kind og money for this stinking plate. Do any of you guys know were I can get a cheep one or make one???

Thanks for any help you can give.
