special attetion
ok i have a 2000 gt and i have to remove my headers ok ya i thought no problem well i looked at it seems like i have to pull the motor out of the car to take the headers off so i was wanting to know if any one could help me and give me some pointers on this task
also how hard would it be to swap a 2000 4.6 sohc to a 2003 cobra 4.6 |

The swap is pretty straight forward. Nothing to really worry about.
The headers can be removed by simply jacking the engine up. However, the absolute easiest way to do a header remove/re-install is to support the engine with a support bar and drop the K-member. This gives you all the clearance you need to be sure that everything is installed correctly and that you won't be chasing loose header bolts for the rest of your life.
