Cool Speed-pro system - www.gocindy.com

Does anyone with a 4.6 have an aftermarket speed-pro system. If so, who does your tuning on it?

Thanks.

The only place in south florida that does speed pro tuning is Rieth Motorsports in Boynton. I think Lido at Alternative Automotive in Michigan does as well. Those are the only two I know of. I personally don't have one though.

Hey Cindy,
'Bout time you went with the Speed Pro system!!! You could also check with Tim Matherly of MV Performance. He's a dealer/installer and can set you up. Most of us bought our systems from him. Also, since your car is supercharged you might contact Brad Brand at Atlanta Chassis Dyno. Steve Ferguson is very proficient with tuning the system. Check with him after he gets back from Norwalk.

SD: I'm having it installed by Harry @ Precision Turbo (Indiana) in August. Where is MV Performance located out of? Also Steve Ferguson, is he in GA?

How many cars do you know of that have Speed-pro that are a '96 & newer mustang. I am trying to figure that out and where they all get tuned at. I know there aren't too many.

Thanks,

Cindy Crawford

MV Performance is in Statham, Georgia. Steve Ferguson lives in Kennesaw, Georgia. Tim Matherly has a '97 Cobra with Speed Pro system. Lidio Iacobelli has Speed Pro on his '96. Mark Maniero at Unlimited Performance has one (I believe) on that ungodly fast SN-95 car. I'm sure there are others. Are you trying to integrate it into the factory wiring? Tim can be a major help here!

As far as tuning them, I'd go with Tim. He has a chassis dyno on site. Also, Brad Brand at Atlanta Chassis Dyno. He has extensive experience with the Speed Pro.

SD: Thanks for all the info. I know there are probably 10 or so cars out there with speed-pro and was wondering who tunes them. I knew of Lidio and hear he is a fantastic tuner, also know of Mark at UPR which is right down the street from me (but they dont tune their own car) but didnt know about Tim Matherly owning a speed pro, even tho i do know who he is.

For me its interesting to keep track of them and how they do with their speed pro's. I already gave my word to head to Harry at Precision Turbo in Indiana. I think they will do me right, ive heard good things of them.

Have you heard of Rieth Motorsports also? They are local and i know they can do the install also.

Thanks, Cindy Crawford

I've heard of Reith but never talked to anyone from there. Don't know too much about them. Tim does good work at MV. Steve can help you at the track anytime if you have trouble. Good Luck!

Hey Cindy, haven't heard from you in a while. Hope things have been going well for you.

TBP is a Speed-pro dealer and has a new Dyno-jet chassis dyno to tune on. My car was the orignal and first to use a Speed-Pro on a Modular race car. So we've been doing it for a while. We can do it all, complete install to tuning. Afterall TBP has 3 of the 4 fastest modular cars in the country Give Randy @TBP a call (919)-661-0200 and tell I sent you.

BTW - did you see the new paint job?

Sidewinder: None of us are authorized to see my site. I called up the web people and they told me they shut it down for non-payment. I told them I pay yearly on it and its up-to-date. So 'til i get home find my paperwork and straighten it out, it will be down. Ain't that crazy? haha It should be up by Monday. I refuse to pay for something I have already paid!

Oh, Joe, I need to email you with some information. Your car is nothing less than awesome!! Congrats - I am jealous!
