SpiralMax
I've read about this one product, called SpiralMax and I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with this product. Does it really or is it a scam? It's only $70 and claims to increase power up to 35HP and gas mileage to 31.18%(approx.). Please let me know.
Thanks, 84Stang |

Just think about the claim. All that gain just by having the air turn in a spiral direction. Its a crock of sh*t!!! There hwve been dyno tests and found no pwer gains at all, and in some cases found a loss of power. If it worked, you would see racers using some kind of thing like it.

What a joke! Why would anyone want to put anything (potentially air blocking)else in the path of the airflow other than a filter or a blower??
35hp? I say more like minus 2 to 5.. |

That would be a cool project when you have nothing better to do with your time. It looks like you could make something like that in about 10 minutes for like under $5. I would install it and then try it out. But pay $70 for it...not until I saw real proof.

Hey guys, I ordered one of these about a year ago. And I just found it in my garage. I never put it in. I agree, its probably a joke, and might be worth 2 hp at best.
What I can say, I put one in my stock bmw 325i, and I can say I THink I felt a difference. I did pick up 1.-.2 on the gtech too. After testing.. Coulda been weather, but I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. How about this? Im going to the track sunday, I will install it on one run and see what happens! The true test.
