Post springs

I dont know if I already posted this or not but here is goes
I own an 85 mercury capri hatchback 5.0 and it sits relly low in the rear end and when I go over bumps I can hear the rear end hitting the bump stops. I havea friend that gave me a brand new set of 93 mustang convertible 5.0 lx springs will these work on my car

Not exactly a modular question but those springs will work in your 85. I have 88LX springs in my 00GT.
