I have a guy who wants to sell me his rear end - 3.73 Detroit Locker gears for $450 installed. Should I do this or just keep my existing rear end and buy new gears and have someone put them in? Do I really need a new rear end?
I have a debate on whether I should buy Ford MOtorsport springs or Steeda springs. I hear the ride is much better with FMS springs, is this true? I was also advised not to purchase Detroit lockers because they make alot of noise when cornering. I use my '00 mustang primarily for highway driving and a little city driving. |
