Stumble/Hesitation

The other day I was driving to work and noticed a stumble or hesitation at 1900rpm under low load (1/2 throttle tip in). It hasn't done this before.
At first I was blamed the fuel I put in. When running regular, it pings under WOT. With premium, this goes away. But even with premium, it still stumbles.

I changed the plugs and wires this summer, so that can't be it.

I don't have a timing adjuster....maybe I should get one????
Can it be my fuel filter, TPS or throttlebody????

Any suggestion would be apprecaited.

Thannk,
Steve

Hey I have a 97 gt and by stumble do you mean like a 5 or 6 quick shakes and then it goes normal. I have change in my metal ash tray and the car shakes enough to rattle the change. Is this the same problem.

No, not really.
Mine feels like it hit a dead spot, where there is no reaction for a second and then it goes.

Check your fuel filter and your computer for any codes.

While your at it, clear your computer by disconnecting the battery for about 15 minutes, then go out and drive it for about 30 minutes so it will "re-learn".

If it continues, you might want to check your fuel injectors...

I was thinking about changing the fuel filter..I guess I will now.

Thanks for the input. I will check out those items.
