Question Suspension upgrade necessary?

Hey all, I'm new to the site, and I've come up w/ my first question for you all. As far as suspension mods, I've got Mac upper and lower rear contrl arms, southside welded-in subframe connectors and Eibach pro kit. My car seems to really hit bumps really rigidly (not too comfortable)........should I upgrade my front struts and rear shocks??? I've got the original ones still. I don't want to hurt my perforance at te track either, but the majority of my driving is on the street. Please help. Thanks.

Should I take that as a maybe? No seriously, should I leave the stock front quad shocks and swap out the rear, or should I upgrade to struts upfront? Which ones?

A smoother ride would be nice, but I don't want to lose anything at the strip either. Can I have some of one w/ a little of the other? I'm in Westchseter....how about you?
