Default Tell me about the 3-valve Stang

Alright, it is not a done deal yet, but I am leaning towards ordering a new 2006 Mustang GT. While I am familar with the 5.0, I know little about the modular motors. Tell me what I should know specific to the new 3V motor.....common problems, what hinders performance the most, what are the first mods to make (and will my warranty be void as soon as I touch anything?), etc?

Along the same lines, throw out anything you want on the 05/06 Stangs. Are the rattles in the body actually gone with this new platform? Common problems? Things to look for? Throw it all out there for me to digest
