The Test Drive
 

Hello:

The other day I was test driving 2005 V8 and there was a burnt rubber smell to it. The salesman said it was just plastic they put around it. Do you think he was being honest? Or could it be some other problem?

hey so what do you honestly think that they put something on the tires? im askin cuz i test drove an 05 roush 2 weeks ago and it did the same thing but it was off of the showroom floor, was yours?, plus i wanted to ride just to talk to you, i like your name, later hit me up on my04gt@yahoo.com

I have no idea what that smell was about on the test drive, but at any rate I just bought one today that didn't smell on the test drive. Its a black 2005 GT - I pick it up on tuesday ! And by the way the one that smelled was parked outside not in the showroom.
