Question Timing on mod moters

If anyone has a timing adjuster, where have you found it most effective at. I just put it on and haven't had time to play with it. Also did anyone happen to dyno before and after, and if so was was it worth at such degrees.

From what I've heard the timing adjuster doesn't do a whole lot of good unless your running a blower or N2O. But that's just what I've been told.
