I had mine set at 3 when just driving around 5 when I really wanted to hit the turns and 1 at the drag strip.

How you set them all depends on your spring rate and how stiffly damped you want it. Ideally the shocks and struts should damp the springs enough that the car does not bounce at all, but also not overdamp such that it gives a harsh ride and does not let the springs do their job.
I have my fronts set on 5 (350lb/in coilovers = >800lb/in in stock location) and my rears on 4.
If you have stock springs, 3 should work pretty well.

I run 95 Cobra R spring 750-800 lb/in front and 200-260 lb/in rear. Any Sugestion as to where I can start messing with them as far a setting for normal driving on the city streets ??
Thanks

Your effective spring rates in the stock locations are pretty similar to mine with the coilovers, so 4 in the front and 3 in the rear may work for you.
You may want to start with front and rears set on 3 and see if the car bounces when you go over bumps. If so, stiffen the front or rear until the bouncing stops, and you should be good to go.
With my tubular k-member and other lightening and stiffening mods to the front suspension, my car actually showed no sign of understeer like a stock Mustang does and would get snap oversteer in a hurry, so I had to stiffen the front up a little and get a stiffer sway bar to lessen this tendency.
Still has some oversteer the way I have it set up, but it is manageable and I figure a torque arm should balance it out.
