![]() Just received my new supercharger in the mail! I am stepping out to the garage for the install pretty quick and just wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions that might save me some headache? After I get it all done what should I start setting things such as the TPS, Fuel Pressure, and timing at with the mods I currently have?

![]() My powerdyne went on like butter. You might need to rotate the blower housing to clear your hood, I did. Also the smog pump should have a hole tapped on the bottom for the alternator bracket, if not you're going to have to tap it. Your kit should have come with the computer chip from powerdyne since it's the 9# blower, so your electronics should be fine. My 6# blower seemed to run well at the stock 10 degree setting. You probably won't need the FMU since you have 30#ers with an adjustable regulator. The internal belt is going to break after a while, but it's easy to change. It only costs $60 and about 4hrs. of your time. You're going to need a blow out valve if you don't have one, or your inlet tube is going to pop off every time you come off the gas after a hard run. If your idle starts surging and doesn't stop, you'll need an idle adjustment plate, they're around $40. Oh yeah, it makes a lot of power!!

![]() P.S. don't forget to plug off your crankcase vent tube. The tube that runs from your valvecover to the intake. If you don't you'll be blowing 9#'s of boost into your crankcase!! The result, a blown rear main seal!
