I don't see anything in the dimensions of that car to make it not fit. Also, they always have.

I'd like to see that hood on the bullits. Would really give it the old '68 look.

Good choice if you were to put a 03 cobra hood on your car you would be a poser. If you put the hood from that kit on your car you just have a cool hood.

I know a guy that has that hood on an 01' cobra. Looks awesome.

I don't think putting a Cobra hood on your car makes you a poser. Thousands of people have Saleen ground effects on their fox bodies or Cobra R hoods on their stangs.

Badgeing and trying to play it off as the real thing...now that's posing

I think putting an 03 cobra hood on a car with the same body style is posing. I guarantee cobra badges would come next. I know a couple of guys with those hoods on 99-01 cobras, the only purpose for wanting that hood is so people would think that you had an 03 cobra. There is a guy here that has a 99' cobra with the 03 hood and spoiler and he fooled us all. I was thinking damn those 03's dont seem that quick.

My 88GT came with a saleen wing on the back I dont take it off cause it would leave two huge holes in the trunk. I also bought a 3 inch cobra R hood......Since no Foxbody came with this hood from the factory I dont consider it posing.

But thats just my opinion.
To each his own.

Putting factory original parts on other cars of the same body style just seems wrong to me.

You gaurantee ill be putting the emblems on next? Im happy that I have a GT and Gaurantee that the hood would have been the only thing to go on, and only because I like how its designed, I take to much **** for having a hood that has a nonfunctional scoop, the cobra hood was the only hood with air vents in it compatible with mine, at least until I discovered the stalker kit.

This is a poser.

Good luck with your car what ever you decide to do

Cool

I don't agree with the poser remark.

I do think the 03 Cobra hood would look good and also benefit because it is functional.

As fitting the 03 Cobra hood some have remarked that there will be some gapping because the fascia is different on the Cobra. Something about mounting ... a 03 Cobra SALEEN owner commented about how the gap was due to the hood pinching down differently.
