351 fuel injection kit?
Is there anywhere I can buy a 351 fuel injection kit (IE computer and harness, mass air, etc....), or do I have to rip one out of a lightning?

Is this 351 injection for your '93? If so then your current fuel injection will work. Just replace the lower intake and maybe some larger injectors. Of course there are other things you would need to change but your only asking about fuel injection.

Here is this link that you can go to that shows a complete parts list to swap a 351w into a Mustang. Now, I know your putting this into a AC Cobra but I think most of these kits have based on a fox body.
http://home.globalcrossing.net/~lsh/...p/351parts.htm Most of these parts are overkill because they are saying to use Ford Motorsport and you will pay more. Basically, what you will need is a 351 out of Crown Vic or a truck. I would recommend the Crown Vic because you can still use the oil pan. You will need one from a 84 or so and on. This engine out of the Crown Vic will not be a roller block (just so you know). If you want a roller block then you will need to get one from a Fseries pickup (93 and newer). You will need the oil pan from the Vic still. You will need these items (that I can think of at the moment). A lower intake from a 351w. A distributor from a 351w. Depending on what style you are going for. The 87-93 uses a different style then 94-95. Look on ebay for EFI wiring harnesses. I have seen them go for as little as $30. You will need a processor 87-93 or go 94-95. Your best bet would be to look on ebay for a complete fuel injection setup. I see these on ebay all the time that way you can get the fuel rails, intake, mass, throttle body, etc. Of course your intake will need to be different because its a 351 (taller & wider). I am not familiar about the front accessories. I think the 93 and older you need to change a couple things. If you get the front accessories off a 94-95 they hang off the heads and you dont need to change anything. Of course the 94-95 has a totally different timing cover so you would need to go that also. The 351w has a different flywheel. 28.2 oz balance (i think) that is for a 5sp though. There are a few others but I am gonna stop now. This web site is pretty complete on what you need and sensors. Good Luck!
