Picked up a project and just wanted to get some input from the exp. just so that I can budget this build; its a 66 fstbk with a I6 and manual trans however I am going to upgrade to a V8 302 with a 5 spd with A/C, P/b, and a hydraulic cluth. Right now with the 6 the car is pretty easy to steer however if I convert to an 8, will the steering become a problem to where I would have to fork out some bills for power or would you say that there is not much of a difference and save the money for other things like a supercharger or coilover suspension. Those P/S units can get pretty pricey. Your suggestion would be taken kindly and will be appreciated. thx again.....
