'99+ brakes on a Fox

I posted about this in the Windsor forum and got no response, so I figured someone in this forum might know.
I am putting Baer brakes on my '99 GT and would like to put the stock GT brakes on my '79 Pace Car. The '79 currently has '87-93 brakes on it. Can I put the new brakes on the old car, and if so what do I need (spindles, brake lines??)?

The 87-93 brakes use a spindle made for that specific hub. With the newer brakes, I _believe_ you will need the newer hub and thus the matching spindle to mount the caliper.
Not really sure, as I did EVERYTHING in one shot and added the 96+ spindles and 13" rotors and calipers all at once:
