Default Camber Bolts with CC plates

I picked up a set of MM CC plates for my 99-v-6 and cant get more than 1.3 degrees neg camber. the shock is hitting the cutout on the shock tower-with thte plates set at max neg camber. since the cars has stock springs can I use camber bolts to get more negive camber? IF so where can I get them?

Im a bit concerned about lowering the car as Ive heard about a lot of bump steer problems and I dont have the garage to work on it myself to dial it in after spring install. I know it will handle better for auto-x lowerd and with stiffer springs, dunno if I wanna go that route.

You can try to "slot your struts"....

What you do is take the struts, and elongate the holes that mount to the spindle. Using a file (or drill bit) elongate the top hole towards the strut. When you mount the spindle, this will allow the top of the spindle to "lean" insward towards the strut. This lean, will give you more negative camber.

Ok cool, thanks for the idea. However, yesterday I found a smokin deal on Ford Racing C springs so I broke down and picked up a set. From what I hear they only drop the car about an inch so bump steer should be minimal if it exists at all. If I still have camber issues after that Ill work on the strut holes.

Hey, I noticed you'r from Michigan, where abouts? I grew up in suburban Detroit and have family all over the metro area. Livin in LA now, ya cant beat the weather-and a longer auto-x season!
