Default Eibach...Which Kit Should I Use

I want to lower my 2001 GT with Eibach springs, I know what applications I need for my year but there are two of them...Heres the thing, I want to put 19x8 and 19x9.5 wheels on the car, the most dramatic application for my car with Eibach is 2.0 and 1.8...while the other is 1.5 and 1.5. Now, I don't live in Whatever Springs, Florida so my roads are paved but not perfect, should I go with a less dramatic drop if using wheels that size? Please don't tell me it makes no difference because I've seen people use the WRONG combinations and wind up with suspension and fender damage.

It depends on TIRES too.
285-40's or 275-35's...

IMOHO, get the taller (less lowered) springs for the street car, you're filling the wheelwell with wheels/tires anyways. Not really after that slammed ride look.
