Lightbulb Gear selection

I am looking at purchase of new GT to be used for daily driving and occasional SoloII events - would appreciate any comments on gear selection as best for autoX/mostly highway driving.

IMOHO, if you are contemplating a gear change, dont consider anything less than a 3.55 . You say a lot of highway miles, so that might shy you away from the 3.73's.
