Default New Control Arms: Mega Bites or Kenny Brown

I am going to get some new control arms....I am thinking about getting Mega Bite Jr. Lwrs and the Regular HD uppers and trying to install them myself. Or i could get some kenny brown's and have street stuff put them in for me while they are welding in my subframe connectors on thursdays? I think i can take care of the installation for the most part although i seem to have some problems with stuborn rusted bolts....i never got the quad shocks to come off!

Do you know that the nut on the axle side for the quad shock does not come off(welded) you have to take out the bolt from the backside.
