Post MM torque arm

I'm planning to remove my current panhard bar (granatelli's piece of junk) and get a new one from MM, also thinking on the torque arm but want to know anybody with it.

The MM TA and PHR are extremely good. Very high quality. They are one of the best. Check out Griggs also. You'll be happy with either one.

I'm installing the MM severe duty TA on my own (shop) car this spring to replace the previous one I had fabricated. MM parts are all top notch quality.

FWIW, my panhard is a Griggs Severe Duty piece that replaced a broken Saleen POS panhard. (Broke on the track, almost killed me!)

is the severe duty unit available yet? if so please let me know. i don't like the ratings that the regular mm tourque arm is so im waiting for the heavy duty one to come out.

the photos in the site of this guy are just great, too bad there is no photos with the panhard.

Somebody has any info about WildRides torque box reinforcements, like some net address

The motor torque limitations were my only gripe about the MM unit also. Another rear suspension to consider is the new Steeda 5-link. Supposedly better grip, less wheelhop than a torque arm as well as more ground clearance and pinion angle adjustability. Pretty pricey though - looks like around $2K when all is said and done.

The Steeda unit was developed by a local racer. I have seen it on his car for the past 3+ years. VERY cool piece. The nicest part is that he incorporated all the pickup points to "markings" on the car. What I mean is that there are points on the frame or chassis or axle... that any backyard mechanic can install. Many other manufacturers need them professionally installed.
I liked his system so much, that I almost threw mine away, but the my panhard wouldnt clear, and that was welded in... So I gave in and didnt change it.
IMOHO, if I had to do it again, I would use that system.
