I'm planning to try the soloII in San Diego next weekend. Any info or advice would be appreciated.

GET THERE EARLY, LEAVE YOUR EGO AT HOME, FIND ANOTHER MUSTANG GUY OR GAL THAT'S BEEN AUTOCROSSING FOR A WHILE AND WALK THRU THE COURSE WITH THEM, HAVE THEM SHOW YOU THE PROPER LINE TO TAKE THRU THE COURSE, THEN WALK IT A COUPLE OF MORE TIMES. I SIT IN THE CAR BEFORE MY RUN AND VISUALIZE GOING THRU THE ENTIRE COURSE BEFORE I MAKE MY FIRST RUN.

DON'T EXPECT TO BE THE FASTEST OR EVEN CLOSE TO IT. GO OUT AND HAVE FUN AND LEARN THE LIMITS OF THE CAR.

LET US KNOW HOW IT GOES.

GOOD LUCK,
FRANK

Cool Tan couldn't have said it better. The part about leaving your ego at home...that's the best thing you can do. When I first started autoxing years ago, I was embarassed by a STOCK Ford Escort 4-door in another class that was MUCH quicker. When autoxing, there's no substitute for experience and BIG, STICKY tires. Most of all - have fun!
