Shocks and struts

I'm dropping my V6 two inches with Eibach sportsline spings and also have Kenny Brown caster plates and some offset rack bushings, I want my car to handle as well as possible. Which shocks and struts would be best? I've looked at Koni's adjustables and Bilstein,or whatevers best, but I'm not sure which is best for my application. The cars mildly modified with exhaust and cold air induction and driven mainly on the street.

I've very good things about both the Konis and the Bilsteins that you mentioned. I have Steeda's setup which works wonderfully, and includes Tokico Illuminas. 5 way adjustable. I think they're a little less expensive then the Koni or the Bilstien, but they work great.
